Refund policy

Each Quieted piece is handmade and one-of-one. Because of this, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review all product photos, dimensions, materials, and care notes before placing your order. Small variations in shape, yarn thickness, color, texture, and pattern are part of the handmade nature of each piece and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@quieted.co with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and let you know the next steps.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and import charges are not refundable unless required by law.
